Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I’ve had a front-row seat to the region’s tremendous growth and change over the years. I’ve watched small communities evolve, new neighborhoods take shape, and the local market shift season after season. That lifelong connection gives me a deep, intuitive understanding of how the PNW moves, grows, and trends — knowledge I bring directly to every client I serve.
Before stepping into real estate, I spent many years working as a bookkeeper. That background shaped the way I approach every transaction: with clear analysis, strong financial awareness, and a genuine understanding of what business owners and everyday buyers need. I’m comfortable evaluating details, spotting potential issues early, and helping clients make decisions with confidence. Real estate isn’t just about property — it’s about people, timing, strategy, and long-term vision. My bookkeeping experience lets me guide clients through the numbers with clarity and calm.
I have hands-on experience with a wide range of property types, including vacant land, feasibility studies, single-family homes, manufactured homes on leased and owned land, and large acreage lots.
